Organized and led a group of volunteers to donate more than 50,000 items of PPE to hospitals, shelters, and care homes during the Covid-19 pandemic. This was an insane amount of work for all involved and is the highlight of my career thus far.
Developing, implementing, and overseeing all marketing and advertising strategies, as well as promotional activities. Managing, Art directing and coordinating creative staff and developers. Analyzing demographics to delimit target markets for new products, brands, or services. Monitoring competitors' marketing strategies to measure their impact. Have a variety of responsibilities, such as putting together estimates and budgets for marketing campaigns, submitting them for approval, working with advertising agencies, being involved in negotiations, preparing sales and advertising contracts, and reviewing advertising material such as print or web. Also developed content and creativity for the above while successfully working both with internal and external teams.
Promoted to Studio Manager and continued with Multimedia Designer role which included digital marketing role (programmatic, AdWords and Facebook advertising), graphic design, web design, print and production design. Managed all marketing projects from start to finish. Working simultaneously with Photographers, Videographers, Voice Actors, Graphic and Web Designers, our clients, and their clients. Acted as art director for our part-time designers making sure our brand standards were being met. Organized and led meetings with clients about how best to move forward their brand. Managed studio, invoicing, appointments and staff scheduling.
Planned, Designed & Managed online advertising campaigns, facebook, google and programmatic. Provided In depth weekly and monthly reporting of various analytics: Via Google Data Studio & Excel. Worked within tight deadlines in print advertising. Helped build and manage website, and landing pages. Created complete branding packages for individuals, companies, properties etc. Designed and created all newspaper, transit, and magazine ads. Awards: Was apart of the team that won "Best real estate agency website Canada." For 2014, 2015, 2016 & 2018 - International Property Awards Was apart of the team that one "Best Real Estate Property Website" 2017 - Luxury Real Estate
Created instructional animation videos in flash, afterEffects and jQuery. Created and maintained social media applications, gaining and maintaining fans. Managed Adwords Campaigns for all areas of the company increasing ROI and CTR Helped Maintain Website, and Print Materials
